Epoch Biodesign is a global leader in enzymatic recycling, with a unique ultra-low emission process capable of producing virgin-quality materials from mixed waste streams. Epoch is currently building Europe’s first - and the world’s largest - nylon 66 biorecycling plant.
In July 2026, Epoch acquired a 52,000 tpa nylon 66 polymerisation facility in Blanes, Spain - vertically integrating the company all the way from waste to chip. Crucially, with the Blanes facility, we are now already taking orders and shipping polymer.
To support our goals, we are looking for an experienced sales leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to win new business, grow market share and build lasting customer relationships across the polyamide market within Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
This is a highly visible commercial leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Epoch's customer portfolio, closing new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships across the polyamide value chain.

Develop and execute commercial growth strategy for Epoch's PA66 polymer business from Blanes, Spain.
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across targeted market segments.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and deliver against revenue and margin targets.
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, supply agreements and long-term strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics and emerging opportunities.
Represent Epoch at industry conferences, trade events and customer meetings.
Develop account plans for key customers and drive growth across existing relationships.
Serve as the primary commercial contact for strategic customers.
Build senior-level relationships across procurement, technical, operations, sustainability and executive functions.
Engage customers on sustainability, circularity and decarbonisation objectives.
Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements and qualification pathways.
Manage customer forecasts, demand planning and business reviews.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate cross-functional support to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
Support the development of off-take agreements and long-term supply partnerships for recycled products.
Work closely with existing market managers, manufacturing, supply chain, product development and leadership teams.
Translate customer requirements into commercial, technical and production priorities.
Provide market intelligence to support business planning and investment decisions.
Contribute to product portfolio strategy and market positioning.
Significant commercial experience within the polyamide 66 market, nylon yarn and engineering plastics.
Existing relationships with major customers, compounders, yarn spinners, nylon distributors and downstream customers and users.
Proven track record in both account management and business development.
Strong understanding of PA66 markets, applications, customers and value chains.
Experience selling polymers, engineering plastics, nylon yarn, intermediates or related chemical products.
Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and delivering commercial growth.
Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of polymer manufacturing, material specifications and customer qualification processes.
Experience launching new products or developing new market segments.
Exposure to sustainability, recycled materials or circular economy initiatives.
